Terms & Conditions
1. Portfolio Usage & Credit
If you’re comfortable, we’d love to feature the final video in our portfolio.
This will be done only with your approval.
2. Highlight / Teaser Music Lock

Audio selection for highlight and teaser videos is final and non-changeable once editing has begun.

No music change requests will be accepted after delivery.
3. Same Day Edit – Terms & Conditions

Separate room/workspace is required for editing.
-
Transportation charges must be paid in advance.

Please inform in advance the time or duration for which the Same Day Edit needs to be played.
4. Payment Terms

50% advance is required to initiate the project.
-
Remaining 50% must be paid before the scratch file (preview version) is shared.

No final delivery will be made without complete payment.
5. Short Film Audio Policy
-
Short films will be edited with handpicked music by our creative team.

Custom audio selection will not be entertained for every project unless agreed in advance.
6. Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery timeline is 7 to 14 working days from the date of receiving all footage and advance payment.

Express delivery can be discussed and charged separately.
7. Raw Footage & Editable Files

We do not provide editable project files (like .prproj)

Final deliverables include edited video in high-quality format only.
8. Revisions Policy

Revisions vary by package and the included number has been mentioned above.

Any changes requested after the included revisions are exhausted will be chargeable.
9. Project Hold, Delay & Cancellation Policy

If the client fails to provide necessary data (footage, raw audio, text, etc.) within 15 days
the project will be marked as “On Hold. -
Projects on hold for over 30 days may be rescheduled or cancelled and reactivation will require a new delivery timeline.

If the client cancels the project after the advance is paid, no refund will be provided.

If partial work has already been done, the client will be billed proportionately based on progress.
